and your builder to design and build your dream home. We want

plumbing will work from the beginning also known as soil testing
and all the way to the end also known as the first flush!

Steps for New Construction
1)
Soil Test –Soil testing helps to determine the correct septic
system for your property.
2) Septic Design – Designing your septic system.
3) Construction – Construction of the septic system, including
demolition of downspout and storm drain piping if required.
4) Fixture Selection – Choosing the best fixtures for you.

5) Plumbing Rough-in – All of the trenches will be dug,
pipes installed and set the pipes to meet exactly where your new
sink or fixture will be placed.
6) Plumbing Finish – The final touches will be added to
the fixtures. Such as toilet was, caulking and of course …
clean up!
7) First Flush – The project has been completed and you
can use your new bathroom, kitchen and shower!
